As a parent you cannot spare your child every difficult moment. But you can give them something that lasts: trust in themselves and in their own abilities.

In my resilience trainings, children learn playfully and with plenty of movement to stand up for themselves more bravely, to handle feelings and conflicts, and to be less unsettled by the opinions of others.

The point is not to shield children from every challenge, but to strengthen them from the inside out – for friendships, school and all the challenges life brings.
